    Membership year refers to every 12 months from the CPS membership approval. E.g. Membership approved on 3rd February 2020, 1st membership year would be 3rd February 2020 to 2nd February 2021; and so on.
  • 6 Priority repair services in Canon Service & Repair Centres. Applicable to registered Canon equipment under CPS member only. Target turnaround time are based on local service centre timings.
  • 7 Free back-up photographic equipment loan service in the event of Priority Repair Service turnaround time cannot be met. (Subjects to equipment availabilities and equipment loan terms and conditions. Available back-up loan equipment may not be the most current models)
  • 8 Applicable only to Canon products, EOS 1D series, EOS 5D Series or EOS R Series (except EOS RP, EOS R10, EOS R100 and EOS R50) and L lenses, purchased on or after 5th July 2021, with valid local warranty registration; product is required to be registered under CPS Member profile. CPS Exclusive Warranty Extension starts from the end of the product's Standard or Extended Warranty, whichever later. Standard warranty terms and conditions apply.

  • 10 Effective from 26th April 2022, Canon will cease printing and issuing physical CPS membership kits to all CPS members, as part of our ongoing sustainability efforts. CPS members can continue to enjoy your membership privileges using your existing valid physical CPS membership card, and/or CPS membership e-card sent to your registered email address.
